We run small-group ocean expeditions for people who want to be in the water, not watching it from a deck. Hand-picked travelers, wild places, and the kind of trip you apply for rather than just book.
A travel agency fills a boat first come, first served and hands you an itinerary. We do it the other way around. We read every application ourselves, keep the group to eight, and put it together by hand, so the people around you feel like friends by day three.
After that we follow the ocean instead of a schedule. No racing between photo stops, no oversized buses. Just the water, the wildlife, and professional photos of you in it, always included.

We keep respectful distances and follow local guidelines. The animals set the terms, and we're guests in their water.
Never more than eight people on a trip. That means better encounters, more room, and a genuine bond with your group and guides.
Every expedition is co-led by the most experienced local team in the region. They know the water better than any map.
A Maui trip is only as good as the people on the boat, so we don't sell seats. We read every application ourselves and put each group together by hand. It takes more effort, and it's the reason strangers leave as friends. We're looking for people who are open-minded, curious, and respectful of the ocean and each other.
A one-minute form with your trip and a few questions about you. No commitment.
Personally, within 24 hours. If it's a fit we'll tell you, and if it isn't we'll say so kindly.
Eight travelers who'll click. After that, all that's left is getting you in the water.

Started Maui to build travel families instead of tour groups. Usually somewhere in the water.

Your first point of contact, and the one who reads every application. Lives for the bull shark dive.
