How do I apply for an Expedition?
Simply click the “Apply” button on the Expedition page you’re interested in and complete the application form. We’ll get back to you within 24hs.

How big will my group be?
Our groups are intentionally small to keep the experience personal.Group size usually ranges between 8 and 12 guests, depending on the expedition.

How do I pay for an expedition?
Once approved, you'll pay a 10% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in installments – everything's due 30 days before departure.We use Stripe for secure payments - to protect your payment, always communicate and make payments through our official channels only.

Can I come as a solo traveller?
Most guests share a room with one other person. Coming with a partner or friend? You'll stay together, and couples can usually get a larger bed. Traveling solo? We'll pair you with another solo traveler (same gender) – often where great friendships start. That said, if you'd rather have your own room, that's completely fine and available for an additional fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund policies depend on how far in advance you cancel.If we’re able to refill your spot, a refund may be possible. Full details are available in our Terms & Conditions you can find on the bottom of this page.
