The path
There is no cold application to fill in. The way in is simple, and it always starts the same way.
Step 1
Come as a guest and live a full trip with us. It is the only real way to know how we move.
Step 2
There is no test. We share the experience and see if there is a natural match.
Step 3
If it clicks, you apply. We talk it through and match you to a future expedition to co-lead.
What we look for
We do not post job openings. We meet future leaders on the boat and get to know them in the water, at the table, and everywhere in between.
You capture the trip: photo, video and story. Great content is the part we value most.
An EHBO or first-aid certificate, or the willingness to get one. Small groups, remote places.
People feel at ease around you. You read the room and bring the group together.
