20% of the expedition price secures your spot. The rest is due 4 months before departure. Bank transfer is free, card payments carry a 3% fee.
Up to 4 months before departure you can move once to another Maui expedition. Your deposit moves with you. We charge €100 admin and you settle any price difference.
Give your spot to a friend, free of charge, up to 14 days before departure. If the expedition sells out and a new guest takes your place, you get your money back minus €100 admin.
Cancel more than a month before departure with a doctor's note and we refund your balance. Only the deposit is kept. Inside a month, your travel insurance takes over.
Not enough guests, a travel ban, or a natural disaster that makes the trip unsafe: you choose. A full refund of everything you paid, or a free move to another expedition.
Every expedition is co-led by the most experienced local team in the region, in a small group. Safety decides the plan, every single day.
Yes. Comprehensive cover for cancellation, medical care, evacuation and snorkelling is a condition of every expedition. Take it out within 14 days of paying your deposit.
